IQrew is a platform for digital onboarding, training and qualification. It is built for teams that need to onboard many new people fast. New colleagues are brought up to speed before their first shift, and every qualification is documented end to end, all in one place. ## What problem does IQrew solve? Traditional onboarding is scattered across many tools, folders, emails and paper. Proof of qualification lives in different folders, PDF scans hide in emails, certificate copies sit on paper. Every week someone waits for the next in-person training costs money, and each extra day raises the risk that a person never starts at all. IQrew brings training and proof into one searchable place. ## How it works (four steps) 1. **Invite your team**: A CSV mass import puts a few hundred people in the system within minutes; individual colleagues can be invited by email.
